Who we are
Mindbody Connections is owned and operated by Charlene Russell, who has been offering educational content and consulting in the massage therapy industry since 1999. In 2020, she embarked on a web-based adventure to promote our passion for the many connections between our bodies and minds...and those around us. We believe Everything is connected!
Learn from the best
Charlene is proud to have served in every role of the massage field - from student to president of a national organization. She is grateful to be collaborating with this great community of educators and practitioners she has met over the last 25 years while working in MS and throughout the country as an educator, regulator and all-around promoter of massage therapy, healing and connectedness.
